The members are researchers and doctors, each bringing to QWB highly specialized knowledge in their particular field relating to the company’s activities.
From sourcing and analyzing raw materials, extracting active ingredients and assessing their biological properties, to applications in the health and wellness sector, the members of the board offer an ideal combination of knowledge to advise QWB in its strategic development in human nutrition.
Our researchers and doctors
Dr. Stevanovic
Full Professor, Department of Wood and Forest Sciences, Université Laval, Quebec, Canada.
Her fields of expertise include wood chemistry and technologies, and the extraction, separation and identification of molecules contained in extracts. Her studies focus on the bioactivity properties of these molecules, in particular the antioxidant capacity of the polyphenols which are abundant in forest biomass.
Dr. Stevanovic holds a doctorate in wood science and engineering, a master’s degree in physico-chemical science and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (University of Belgrade). She is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, the International Academy of Wood Science (IAWS) and the American Chemical Society.

Dr. Yang has long-standing expertise in nutrition-related research, with a particular focus on the evaluation of health foods, life-cycle nutrition, and nutritional biochemistry. Dr. Yang graduated from Tohoku University in Japan with a Ph.D. from the division of agriculture, and from Taipei Medical College with a Bachelor of Science.

Dr. Vin
Dr. Vin is a phlebologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of venous diseases.
Dr. Frédéric Vin is the pedagogical director of the University Diploma in Phlebology and Endovascular Therapies at the Faculty of Medicine, Sorbonne University, Paris, France.
Honorary President of the French Society of Phlebology and the American College of Phlebology. Full member of the French National Academy of Surgery.
